01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing gojockpot at gojockpot.onl and creating a registered account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a binding agreement between you and gojockpot and apply to all activity conducted through your account.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an account or use gojockpot in any capacity. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

02Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on gojockpot, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. gojockpot does not permit access to individuals under 21, consistent with responsible gaming standards applicable in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during active use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Corporate accounts or accounts registered on behalf of another individual are not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, voluntary suspension, or restriction that would prohibit you from engaging in online gaming activity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

gojockpot reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria above will be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending review.

03Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold one account only on gojockpot. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, contact number, device, payment method, or household — are not permitted and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. You will verify your mobile number via OTP as part of the registration process.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your password and OTP codes — confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. gojockpot will never ask for your password through email, chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify gojockpot support immediately through your registered account.

Account names must match your legal identity as shown on a valid Philippine government-issued ID. Nicknames, aliases, or names belonging to another person are not accepted. KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed.

04Deposits and Payments

All deposits on gojockpot are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). gojockpot does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is performed on the platform. The available deposit channels include Philippine e-wallets, InstaPay, PESONet, and local bank transfer, as listed on the Deposit page.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used for deposits. You may not use a payment method belonging to another person.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on gojockpot.
• Minimum deposit amounts and applicable processing times are listed on the Deposit page and may be updated periodically.
• Deposits that fail to reflect in your account within the stated processing time should be reported to gojockpot support through your registered account, with your transaction reference included.
• gojockpot does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposited funds are credited to your single gojockpot balance and are available across all sections of the platform — Live Casino, Casino, and Bet — without any internal transfers required.

05Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in Philippine Peso to the payment channel registered under your verified account name. Before your first withdrawal is approved, you must complete KYC identity verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID through your account settings.

• Each withdrawal request requires OTP verification sent to your registered mobile number before it is submitted for processing.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — the same name as your verified gojockpot account.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts, processing times, and available channels are listed on the Withdrawal page.
• gojockpot reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal if required for verification or security purposes.
• Withdrawals of funds that were deposited but not used for any gaming activity may be subject to a standard processing review.

If a withdrawal has not been received within the stated processing window, contact gojockpot support through your registered account and include your withdrawal reference number.

06Gaming Rules

All games available on gojockpot — including Live Casino tables, Casino slots, eBingo, and sports betting markets on the Bet section — are subject to individual game rules displayed within each game or market. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to, not in place of, individual game rules.

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. gojockpot does not cancel confirmed bets except in cases where a technical error is verified on the platform's end, or where a sporting event is cancelled or declared void in accordance with the applicable betting rules.
• gojockpot reserves the right to void any bet or gaming round where evidence of technical malfunction, abuse, or manipulation is identified.
• Live Casino game outcomes are determined by physical results — cards dealt, roulette wheel outcomes — streamed in real time. Casino slot results are determined by certified random number generation. gojockpot does not influence game outcomes.
• Participating in any form of collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of system errors, or any activity intended to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension.
• Sports betting markets may be suspended or settled according to official results from the relevant governing body. For PBA, NBA, boxing, volleyball, football, esports, and other covered sports, settlement follows the official result at the end of regulation time unless stated otherwise in the specific market rules.

07Promotions and Bonuses

Promotions available on gojockpot are described on the Promotions page. Each promotion has its own specific eligibility requirements, validity period, and conditions, which are stated on the promotion detail page at the time the offer is active.

• Only one promotion may be active per account at a time unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Promotional offers are available to eligible registered accounts only. gojockpot reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.
• Attempting to abuse promotional offers — including through duplicate accounts, bonus farming, or coordinated wagering — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in account suspension.
• gojockpot does not guarantee any specific bonus amounts, percentages, cashback rates, or promotional availability outside of what is explicitly stated on the active promotion page at the time of claiming.
• Promotions may be withdrawn, modified, or replaced at any time. Changes will be reflected on the Promotions page.

08Responsible Gaming

gojockpot is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. Gaming is entertainment and carries real financial risk. gojockpot strongly encourages all players to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and to take regular breaks.

• You must be at least 21 years old to hold a gojockpot account.
• If you feel that your gaming activity is becoming difficult to control, use the self-exclusion or account restriction tools available through your account settings, or visit the Responsible Gaming page for guidance.
• gojockpot does not offer credit to players. All gaming activity must be funded from your own deposited balance in PHP.
• Chasing losses is not a viable strategy. No game outcome on gojockpot is influenced by previous results, and no system guarantees a win.

09Account Suspension and Termination

gojockpot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time where there is reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred:

• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration information
• Registration or use of the platform by a person under 21 years of age
• Operation of more than one account on the platform
• Use of a payment method not registered in the account holder's name
• Collusion, abuse of promotions, use of automated software, or any activity designed to exploit the platform
• Any activity that gojockpot determines, at its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, deceptive, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawals may be placed on hold until the review is complete. If a breach is confirmed, any balance remaining may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting gojockpot support through your registered account. Any verified balance at the time of account closure will be returned to your nominated payment method in PHP, subject to standard withdrawal processing and KYC requirements.

10Limitation of Liability

gojockpot provides the platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access at all times. While the platform aims for consistent availability, temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside gojockpot's control.

• gojockpot is not liable for any loss of winnings, opportunity, or data resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues on the player's end, or force majeure events.
• gojockpot is not responsible for any third-party payment processing delays beyond what is within its direct control.
• In the event of a software or display error that results in an incorrect payout being shown or credited, gojockpot reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the balance accordingly, regardless of whether the funds have been withdrawn.
• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.

11Changes to These Terms

gojockpot may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Continued use of gojockpot after updated Terms and Conditions have been posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure through your registered account.
